I've worked with people who have diagnosis like celiac disease, MCAS, and other physician-diagnosed conditions.  We focused on things like meal planning, food choices, routines, and understanding why their body was acting the way it was.

I've worked with people who wanted to improve blood work, energy, weight, and other habits.  Together, we created meal plans, discussed movement routines, designed stress reduction plans, and made organized next steps that were realistic for them.

Sometimes people simply have a lot of information from doctors, specialists, testing, Google, social media, friends, or years of trying things, and they need help understanding it, organizing it, and turning it into something that actually feels useful and easy to follow.

Step 2: Book Your Session  $300 | 60 minutes

Once your "What's Going On" form is reviewed, and everything looks like a good fit, you'll receive a payment link and scheduling.

Step 3: Your Session

During your session we:

  • Break down what's happening in your body
  • Connect your symptoms and patterns
  • Walk through simple, practical next steps


You leave knowing what's going on, what to do next, and how to move forward without second-guessing.
