    If you're looking for a single breakthrough or quick clarity, the Wellness Clarity Session is your best place to begin. If you want momentum and structure, the Three-Session Intensive or the Six-Session Transformation will provide consistency and accountability. And if you're seeking a fully tailored path, the Bespoke Coaching Experience is customized entirely around your goals.

  • How are sessions delivered?

    All sessions are private and held by phone with the option of a video connection. Before each session, you'll receive any reflection prompts or preparatory materials by email. Afterward, you may receive follow-up notes or resources to support your next steps. This ensures every session is personal, flexible, and tailored to your comfort.

  • Is coaching the same as medical care?

    No. Coaching is an educational partnership, not medical treatment. It does not establish a physician-patient relationship, and no prescriptions or medical advice are provided. Instead, coaching focuses on holistic frameworks, lifestyle practices, and empowerment tools to support your wellness journey.

  • Can I upgrade from one package to another?

    Each coaching package is designed as a complete experience with its own rhythm and structure. Upgrades mid-plan are not offered. If you'd like a longer journey, it's best to choose that path from the start. Many clients begin with a shorter package to get a feel for the process, then step into a longer experience once they've completed their sessions.

  • How long is each session?

    Most sessions are 60 minutes, giving us time to explore your goals, uncover challenges, and create an action plan. The Wellness Clarity Session is 30 minutes, while multi-session packages create space for deeper, more personalized work.

  • What kind of results can I expect to see?

    Results vary depending on your goals, consistency, and the coaching path you choose.
