Your membership is billed monthly and includes 31 days of full access per cycle. You're welcome to join at any time. If you join mid-month, you'll gain immediate access to everything inside the current cycle. However, to experience the full rhythm of the cycle in sync with all Collective members, from the first release of content through the community challenge, we recommend enrolling on the first of the month. This structure ensures that your journey always feels supported, intentional, and aligned.

You can join the Collective anytime and gain immediate access to the current cycle. However, since new cycles begin on the 1st of each month, enrolling on or near the 1st ensures you experience the complete cycle alongside the group, from start to finish.
Your membership is billed monthly and includes 31 days of access per cycle. Every cycle begins on the 1st of the month when new content, challenges, and prompts are released. No matter when you join, you'll be welcomed into the Phoenix Life™ right away and have immediate access to the current cycle's resources. For the most aligned experience, we recommend joining on the 1st, so you can move through the entire cycle alongside the community.
You'll gain immediate access to the current cycle's content and can participate right away. On the 1st of the next month, a new cycle begins - with fresh content, challenges, and prompts - so you'll be ready to start alongside the rest of the community. Please note: your billing cycle runs from 31 days from the date you enroll, so if you join mid-month, your renewal date will also fall mid-month. This ensures you always receive a full 31 days of access, no matter when you begin.
Yes. You're welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain open until the end of your current 31-day billing cycle, so you won't lose access to content you've already paid for. If you decide to return later, you'll be able to re-enroll when doors are open.
